Refunds

We do not issue refunds, however, depending on the issue, we could send a replacement.

There’s an issue with my order!

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out to us via our contact form and please clarify the issues, i.e. missing or wrong item and will further assist you on this matter. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages either.

My order came damaged!

Thank you USPS/UPS/etc.😕 We ship out orders with necessary packaging but once we ship the order, sadly it’s out of our hands. However, with that being said, if you did receive damaged goods, please submit an email here: Contact Us. We may require a photo too for verification. Then we’ll see how we can remedy this.
