How is shipping calculated?

Shipping quotes and options will be provided upon checkout. Shipping quotes are based on total weight of order and how far it’s getting shipped from Florida, USA. We ship out orders using USPS and UPS.

My order came damaged!

Thank you USPS/UPS/etc.😕 We ship out orders with necessary packaging but once we ship the order, sadly it’s out of our hands. However, with that being said, if you did receive damaged goods, please submit an email here: Contact Us. We may require a photo too for verification. Then we’ll see how we can remedy this.

What form of payment do you take?

Do you store credit card information on your site?

Nope. Transactions are processed through PayPal and Square. Here’s their Privacy Policy again: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full & https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy. Aside from your name and contact info, at most we might be able to view the last 4 digits, expiration date and possibly the type of card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, etc.)

Will my IP be displayed on the order?

Yep! And we check these too. Placing an order using a billing/shipping but the IPv4/IPv6 is nowhere near these locations? You’re getting an email before I proceed with shipping out this order. No one likes fraud; you, me or my payment processors. Chargebacks suck and we try to take as many steps possible to avoid these.

Will my phone number be displayed on the order?

Yes, but if we have any inquiries, you’ll be getting an email instead of me actually calling you. People don’t like phone calls nowadays and I’m one of them. Main form of contact will be via emails.

I placed an order but haven’t heard back from you yet!

Once you place an order, you should get a confirmation email within the next few minutes. If you didn’t get one, check your spam folder. Still don’t see it, make sure you don’t have some filter that would be blocking any emails from “Oh No! Look!”. Still don’t see it, please submit your inquiry via our contact form.

Emails you will definitely receive are an order confirmation, an email confirming shipment and completion. If you get any additional emails, it’ll most likely be pertaining to the order itself (i.e. information verification).

Do you ship outside the USA?

Right now, I got Canada, UK, and Mexico set up so far. Don’t live in any of these countries, please send an inquiry via our contact form so we can see about getting your a proper shipping quote.
