In order for ohnolook.com to process and ship orders the following information will be collected upon checkout:

IPv4/IPv6 address will also be displayed on order

Payment Collection:

We use PayPal and Square as our primary credit card processing methods.

Credit card information is not stored on the site or in PayPal or Square. At most, we might be able to view the last 4 digits of the credit card, expiration date and possibly the type of credit card.

Shipping Payment:

Shipping quotes and options will be provided upon checkout. Shipping quotes are based on total weight of order and how far it’s getting shipped from Florida, USA. We ship out orders via United States Postal Service or UPS.

Fraud Prevention:

We take cardholder data security very seriously. Upon receivement of payment, we will check following information:

Shipping address validation – this will have to be checked regardless to make sure we’re shipping to the right location, but if we’re noticing 

IP address – yes, your IP will be displayed on the order. If you’re ordering to in one country/state, but your IP is showing in a country/state in a wildly different location, you’re getting an email from me to make sure you’re a real person.

Should we need any clarification or have any concerns, an email will be sent from us and will need to be answered within 48 hours or else the transaction will be canceled.

Account Creation:

Upon checkout, you will be given the option to create an account or checkout as a guest. 

If you do set up an account, you will be able view past orders, adjust your billing & shipping address, name, display name, email and password.
